Are you worried about cholesterol?
If the answer is yes, you are worried about cholesterol, take a look at this article. I’ve done a deep dive into the literature and provide here an update. I don’t think cholesterol could have caused my heart disease because it is essential for life, my body makes most of the cholesterol I contain, and study after study in the literature demonstrates that not only is it unlikely to be harmful, too little is, in fact, associated with poorer health.
